Imelda Stadler

Imelda Stadler (born September 16, 1959 ) is a Swiss politician (FPD) and a member of the St. Gallen Cantonal Council .

biography

Imelda Stadler community president of the municipality Lütisburg . She was elected in 2010.

Originally she taught as a teacher at a special school and was always committed to sports. She was President of the St. Gallen Gymnastics Association and is still the President of St. Gallen Hiking Trails today.

politics

She got into politics late, when she was around 40. She soon became local president of the FDP. In 2006 she was elected to the St. Gallen Cantonal Council. In 2018 she was elected President of the Cantonal Council. Now she is vice-president of the FDP parliamentary group in St. Gallen.

Personally

Imelda Stadler lives in Lütisburg, has three children and four grandchildren.
