imm cologne
The imm cologne (abbreviation for International Furniture Fair ) in Cologne is one of the world's largest trade fairs for furniture and interior design with around 1,200 exhibitors and around 146,000 visitors from 138 countries . The furniture fair was founded in 1949 and has been held annually in the halls of the Koelnmesse since then , mostly in mid-January.
Since 1998, numerous events have been organized at the same time as the fair, including the "Passagen" (Interior Design Week Cologne), in cooperation with the City of Cologne.
Since 2011, a special exhibition called LivingKitchen has been held every two years as part of imm cologne for manufacturers of kitchen furniture, built-in appliances and accessories, as well as for all furnishings for the design of the kitchen.
