The boy Ned finally wants to get a pet. Since he can only spend one dollar, he has no choice but to buy a newt. After Ned realizes that his Newton Newton is lazy on his rock, he goes back to the animal dealer to complain. He recommends “Zippo”, a magic animal feed . After feeding, Newton suddenly transforms into a two-meter-tall newt, who speaks to him and can transform itself as he likes.
