For real estate companies (short-listed real estate company), there are companies engaged in the legal form of joint-stock company are led and predominantly invest in real estate. Some of these public real estate companies are publicly traded. REITs are a special form of real estate AGs . The advantage of real estate companies is that they can generate equity for investing in real estate through access to the capital market . Other real estate investors need to generate equity through the accumulation of profits. This takes more time so that real estate corporations can grow faster than their competitors.
