PSP Swiss Property is one of the largest real estate companies in Switzerland. The company owns around 160 office and commercial buildings as well as several development areas and individual projects. Most of the properties are located in the economic centers of Zurich , Geneva , Basel , Bern and Lausanne . The main uses of the real estate are offices and shops.

The total value of the portfolio is CHF 7 billion, and the annual rental income is CHF 280 million. The company employs 90 people in Zurich, Geneva and Olten as well as at the company's headquarters in Zug .

PSP Swiss Property was established in 1999 by the insurance group Zurich founded and under an initial public offering on the Swiss Exchange ((IPO) in March 2000, SIX Swiss Exchange ) listed . Since then, the company has focused exclusively on Swiss commercial properties as a “pure play” real estate company. PSP Swiss Property pursues a conservative financing policy with an equity ratio of over 50% and a correspondingly low level of debt.
