The impark Summer Festival (until 2008: Olympiapark Summer Festival ) is a four-week summer festival that has been held annually in the Olympiapark in Munich since 1982 .

The festival takes place on Coubertinplatz between the Olympiahalle and the Olympiastadion . The occasion for the first summer festival in the Olympiapark was its tenth anniversary in 1982. Because it was such a huge success, Olympiapark München GmbH transformed the festival, which was once planned as a one-off birthday party, into an annual family festival between July and August. It offers showmen with their stands and rides, Feinschmeckergasse, wakeboarding, open-air concerts in the amphitheater at the parallel Theatron Festival and fireworks at the Munich Midsummer Night's Dream . The Impark Summer Festival has around 250,000 visitors annually.
