The Impreglon GmbH with its headquarters in Lueneburg is a company specializing in surface coatings businesses. The company has 31 production sites in 14 countries. Impreglon masters more than 5000 coating processes. The company is a supplier to mechanical engineering and the automotive industry and is based heavily on repair and overhaul in the aftermarket .

history

In April 1983, today's board spokesman Henning J. Claassen founded the mechanical engineering company "Meltex" in Lüneburg. Six years later the mechanical engineering division was sold and the new company Impreglon became an international service provider for surface technology. Between 2001 and 2013, seven subsidiaries and 17 other companies were incorporated. The company went public on May 31, 2006 and was listed in the Entry Standard . In 2014, the Dutch Aalberts Group took over Impreglon GmbH, in the course of which the company was again converted into a GmbH and the share notation was lost.

Since 2015, Dr. Jörn Großmann as sole managing director.

In 2019 the AHC and Impreglon groups merged to form Aalberts surface treatment.
