The InVision AG develops and markets since 1995. Computer programs for the personnel. For InVision Group brands injixo include - a SaaS platform ( software as a service ) with solutions for optimized workforce management (Workforce Management) for Call Center - The Call Center School - an e-learning proposition to call center professionals - and InVision WFM - a software solution for workforce management (WFM). InVision AG (IVX) is headquartered in Düsseldorf , North Rhine-Westphalia , and is listed in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

history

The company was founded in Ratingen in 1995 and has specialized in call centers since 1997. In 1999 internationalization began with the establishment of subsidiaries. In 2004 there was a strategic realignment towards company-wide workforce management ( personnel deployment planning ) and major international customers, and in 2007 the company went public. In 2011/2012 the business model was switched to cloud computing . The company's headquarters have been in Düsseldorf since 2015 .

Products

InVision WFM is used for personnel deployment planning and optimization as well as analysis and control. The web-based software is currently available in twelve languages. Personnel planners can use the application to reconcile working hours with actual needs and their fluctuations.

InVision's workforce management solutions are also available as Software as a Service (SaaS). With the cloud-based product offering injixo, customers can access the functionalities via the Internet against payment of a monthly usage fee.

The InVision Call Center School's cloud or e-learning offer includes an extensive training plan for employees and managers from the various areas in the contact center, as well as a learning platform for providing comprehensive employee training.
