in Ulm. around Ulm. for Ulm. (Short form: Ulm to the power of 3) was a non-membership-based voter association in Ulm , which ran exclusively for the 2014 local elections.
Ulm hoch 3 was founded in the run-up to the 2014 local elections and was able to win a seat on the local council straight away.
The city councilor Denise Niggemeier formed the "GREEN Fraction Ulm 3 " with the Greens until March 2016 . On March 18, 2016, Niggemeier announced that she would join the Greens, whereupon her parliamentary group renamed itself "GREEN parliamentary group". In the local elections in 2019, Niggemeier then stood for the voter association BLO - Alliance Livable Locations.
The electoral association was supported by the Pirate Party , which did not run for local elections in Ulm in 2014 with its own list, but is non-party.
