The company Inde plastic in Aldenhoven , Düren , North Rhine-Westphalia is Germany's largest manufacturer of packaging for the convenience food sector.
The company, founded in Inden in 1978 , develops and manufactures packaging made of foamed polystyrene . As part of the relocation of the municipality of Inden , the company moved its headquarters to Aldenhoven.
Despite only 170 employees and an annual turnover of 28 million euros, it is the largest manufacturer in its market segment in Germany. Work is currently underway on the development of bio-packaging in the new test hall. Inde Plastik also manufactures sealing machine systems.
