Indian Rationalist Association

The Indian Rationalist Association is a private organization in India with 100,000 members. The organization is committed to science and skeptical thinking . She publishes books and magazines and organizes seminars. On television and in print media, she takes a stand on the topic of superstition and pseudoscience .

The Indian Rationalist Association was founded in Chennai in 1949 . The founding president was Raghunath Purushottam Paranjpye . The current president is Sanal Edamaruku . The Indian Rationalist Association has branches in various states of India, the headquarters are in New Delhi .
