Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Republic of Lithuania
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Republic of Lithuania (lit. Lietuvos Respublikos pramonės ir prekybos ministerija ) was a Ministry of Economic Affairs in Lithuania . The ministry was established in 1918.
After the regaining of Lithuanian independence, it emerged from the restructured Ministry of Trade and Material Resources of the Republic of Lithuania ( Lietuvos Respublikos prekybos ir materialinių išteklių ministerija ) based on the law of July 30, 1992 ("Dėl Lietuvos Respublikos prekybos ir materialinių išteklių ministerijos pertvarkos Respublikos pramonės ir prekybos ministeriją "). Before that there was the Ministry of Industry of Lithuania and the Ministry of Commerce of Lithuania . Today there is only the Lithuanian Ministry of Economy .
