Information letter on immigration law

The information Ausländerrecht (abbreviation: InfAuslR ) is a monthly German magazine for migration law issues. It is published by Luchterhand Fachverlag in Bonn . Current editors are Gerhard Strate , Rolf Gutmann and Georg Albrecht. The first edition appeared in 1979. The edition is 2,100 copies.

The information letter on immigration law publishes treatises and court decisions on the subjects of human rights, freedom of movement / EU law, right of residence (immigration law), deportation law, nationality law, labor and social law and refugee law.

The selection of the published manuscripts tends to be based on criteria that are friendly to foreigners. The case law is often critically, but always seriously accompanied by annotations to the judgment.
