Ingeborg Hungnes

Ingeborg Hungnes (born May 25, 1962 in Tønsberg ) is a Norwegian singer.

Hungnes studied at Norges Musikkhøgskole until 1990 and then passed a pedagogy exam at Østlandets Conservatory of Music . Since the 1980s she has had roles at the Oslo National Theater , Det Norske Teatret and Teatret Vårt .

In 1993 she worked on Terje Venaas ' album Toner fra Romsdal . In 1998 she was the singer on Kjell Habbestad's album Noahs Draum . In 1999 she recorded the album Guds mor i Mexico in the Cathedral of Oaxaca with the organist Henning Sommerro , the Chilean flautist Mauricio Vicencio and the Ecuadorian singer Susana Peña . In 2004 she sang Nomadesongar on Lars Klevstrand's folk album .
