Ingeborg Simon

Ingeborg Simon (born February 26, 1939 in Oldenburg ) is a German politician. As a candidate for the PDS , she was a member of the Berlin House of Representatives from 1995 to 2006 .

After graduating from high school in 1958, Ingeborg Simon first completed an apprenticeship as a pharmacy intern and then studied pharmacy in Tübingen and Berlin from 1960 to 1965 with a license to practice pharmacy. She then worked as an employed pharmacist in Berlin until 1999.

Simon was elected to the Berlin House of Representatives for the first time in 1995, in 1995 as a direct candidate in the constituency of Hohenschönhausen 1 , and in 2001 in the constituency of Lichtenberg 5 . She was the health policy spokeswoman for her group. After retiring from active politics, she became involved in the regional seniors' council.
