Ingrid Puller (born September 11, 1961 in Vienna ) is an Austrian politician ( Greens ). From 2005 to 2010 and from September 2014 to November 2015 she was a councilor and member of the Vienna State Parliament.

School and professional career

Ingrid Puller attended elementary and secondary school and then a one-year business school. She has completed an apprenticeship as an office clerk , which she completed in a carpentry and in a publishing house. She was a project manager at VEW ( Vereinigte Edelstahlwerke ) and then worked in the hospitality industry, where she also has a concession. For two years she ran a downtown bar in Vienna. After the birth of her children, Puller has been working as a tram driver since 1997 .

Political career

Puller became involved as a tram driver in 1998 as a staff representative for Wiener Linien . Between 2001 and 2005 she was District Councilor of the Grünen Wieden , and in 2005 she was Chamber of Labor Councilor of the AUGE / UG . From November 18, 2005 to November 24, 2010, she represented the Greens as a member of the Vienna State Parliament and City Council . According to her own statements, her political priorities were in the area of ​​public transport, women, consumer protection and personnel. Since 2010 she was again District Councilor of the Greens on the Wieden and was sworn in again as a member of the Vienna City Council on September 24, 2014.

In 2015 she was voted out of the Green Base.
