Ingrid Schubert (politician)

Ingrid Schubert (born February 17, 1950 in Vienna ) is an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ). She has been a member of the Vienna state parliament and local council since 2003 .

education and profession

Ingrid Schubert attended elementary school from 1956 to 1960 and then a secondary school. After completing her compulsory schooling, Schubert began training as a law firm apprentice at the Vienna City Administration. After completing her apprenticeship in 1967, she worked for the City of Vienna for two years and then moved to the SPÖ Donaustadt until 1971 . Since 1978 she has been working for the settlement union, non-profit housing and settlement cooperative mbH. From 1983 to 1984 she trained as an accountant and has been Head of Accounting and Accountant since 1994 .

Ingrid Schubert has been a member of the SPÖ since 1965 and has worked in the Vienna-Donaustadt district organization since 1966. She got involved in Section 5 Eßling , where she was the main cashier from 1975. Schubert was elected section chairman in 1996 and has been a member of the SPÖ Donaustadt party executive since 2000. From 1992 she was active in the district parliament and on January 17, 2003 moved to the Vienna state parliament and municipal council. In the 18th legislative period, she is a member of the “Housing, Housing and Urban Renewal” committee.

Ingrid Schubert is married and has one daughter.
