Innovation award in medical / pharmaceutical chemistry
The Innovation Prize in Medical / Pharmaceutical Chemistry is awarded jointly by the Society of German Chemists (Section Medicinal Chemistry) and the German Pharmaceutical Society (Section Pharmaceutical / Medicinal Chemistry) for outstanding scientific publications and results in the fields of medicinal chemistry or pharmaceutical chemistry .
Appraisal procedure
The awarding of the prize is decided by a panel of experts that is composed equally of GDCh and DPhG members. The prize can also be shared. A donated prize money of € 5,000 is associated with the award .
