The island railway Kirr is a field railway built after 1990 in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . It connects the jetty on the island of Kirr , located in the Darß-Zingster lagoon chain , with Klein Kirr, the only settlement on the island.

If required, operations can be carried out with the self-made “Polly” baggage locomotive . This has a Volvo Penta diesel engine, which works with a multicar transmission. Switches and other vehicles are not known.
