Insight (GUI)
Insight is a graphical user interface (GUI) for the GNU Debugger (GDB), written in Tcl / Tk by employees of Cygnus Solutions , part of Red Hat Inc. since 1999 . Tools like Insight make it much easier to track down errors in the source code of computer programs , because the GDB can only be used as a command line tool. Graphical user interfaces enable the use of GDB similar to an integrated development environment (IDE).
