Pilot episodes
The two pilot episodes premiered in the UK on March 12 and March 13, 2001 on BBC One . The German broadcaster ZDF showed the first broadcast on June 23 and June 30, 2002. In Austria the first broadcast took place on 22 November 2008 on ORF 2 and in Switzerland the first broadcast took place on 14 February 2005 on SRF 2 .
