The Institute for Education and Training in SMEs and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises , abbreviated IAWM , is a supervisory authority in the German-speaking Community of Belgium. It supervises the dual training and further education in the German-speaking community and is therefore responsible for the centers for training and further education (ZAWM) in St. Vith and Eupen , the community's vocational schools. Master classes are also part of the dual training . The IAWM also represents the interests of craft and medium-sized businesses in the region.

The agency was created by decree of December 16, 1991.
