The Institute for Islamic Culture and Islamic Thought ( Persian پژوهشگاه فرهنگ و اندیشه اسلامی, engl. Islamic Culture and Thought Research Institute or Research Institute for Islamic Culture and Thought ( IICT ) is an Iranian Islamic research institution based in Tehran . Hodschatoleslam Ali Akbar Rashad is the founder of the institute and its president since its inception in 1994.
