INTACS

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

intacs is a scheme for the training and certification of assessors for process assessment models that conform to ISO / IEC 15504 Part 2.

history

The iNTACS scheme was developed by a group of European consultants from the year 2000 and was based in the first version on the Technical Report of ISO / IEC 15504. From the publication of ISO / IEC 15504 from 2004 onwards, the design and implementation of the scheme were no longer sufficient Requirements of users, especially those of the automotive industry .

The revision of the original iNTACS scheme, which began in 2004, led within the old iNTACS board to a separation of those involved in 2006 and to the re-establishment of the intacs (spelling changed) and intRSA schemes, whereby intRSA is no longer continued or developed.

The association of the same name, intacs eV, was founded in Düsseldorf on May 11, 2006 to further develop the intacs scheme as required . intacs eV is the owner of the schema of the same name and makes it available to interested domains. In the new, revised intacs scheme, which works purely on a voluntary basis and without market interests, the demands of users for domain-independent usability, multilingualism, transparency, high quality and continuity have since been implemented. As before, intacs works on the principle of voluntary work, the cooperation and input is done by the community itself.
