The NTT Security AG (until 2013 Integralis AG, 2016 NTT Com Security AG ) is an IT security provider headquartered in Ismaning in Munich . The company currently has 29 offices in 17 countries and more than 1500 employees. In the 2013 financial year, sales amounted to 226.9 million euros.

history

The company was formed in 2000 from the merger of Articon Information Systems AG with Integralis Ltd. Group. The corporation traded as Articon-Integralis AG between 2000 and 2006, and from 2006 as Integralis AG.

In July 2009, NTT Communications Deutschland GmbH published a voluntary takeover offer for all shares in Integralis AG. Since 2009 the company has been part of the NTT Communications Group, which is owned by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone .

Integralis AG was renamed NTT Com Security AG in 2013. In 2016 the company was renamed NTT Security after a reorganization.
