Jamaica Bay
The Jamaica Bay stretches along the New York districts Brooklyn and Queens .
geography
It covers more than 70 square kilometers of water, marshland , many small bays and canals and an archipelago of islands. It is separated from the Atlantic by the narrow Rockaway Peninsula in front of it .

Jamaica Bay is accessible via bridges from Queens and Rockaway. In Broad Channel, a metro stop is the line A .
