Intergalactic Lovers are a Belgian indie rock band consisting of Lara Chedraoui, Brendan Corbey, Maarten Huygens and Raf De Mey.

history

The Intergalactic Lovers were founded in 2008. Some members of the band participated in the Humos Rock Rally 2008 under the name "Free Zamunda!" On March 25, 2011, their debut album Greetings & Salutations was released. The debut album, which was mainly financed privately, received very good reviews from the Belgian press such as Humo or De Standaard and was compared to Feist , PJ Harvey and Yeah Yeah Yeahs . In 2012 the band started with a small series of concerts in Germany, including Cologne, Essen and Hamburg.

The theme song for the 2015 international crime series The Team is Northern Rd. From the album Little Heavy Burdens .

They also contributed the music for the movie for the Belgian series "Code 37".
