The International Advertising & Design DataBase (IADDB) is a database with online access to publications relating to artistically designed advertising and design . The non-commercial, almost identical foundation the International Advertising & Design DataBase was founded in 2014 in the Netherlands as a homage to Hans Sachs and intends to pick up where the poster and graphic collector had to stop due to circumstances.

The IADDB initially wants to make rare, public domain advertising and design magazines and journals accessible to the public. In addition to rare prints, an index with the names of artists, their biographies , artist signatures and monograms is to be built up and completed. For this purpose, the foundation asks publicly on its website for active participation to supplement information such as pictures, names, and other helpful information to complete.

The IADDB is funded by individual donors who each brought in the equivalent of $ 50,000. The first of these donors was the Amsterdam-based Het ReclameArsenaal Foundation .
