International Chemical Environment

The International Chemical Environment (acronym: ICE) is a program coordinated by the Association of the European Chemical Industry ( CEFIC ) in Brussels for the safety of chemical transports by land and water. It bundles all national aid systems in the event of hazardous goods accidents across Europe .

In Germany and Austria, assistance is offered via the TUIS (Transport Accident Information and Assistance System). The program is also available in France, Great Britain, Italy, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland.
