International Tai Chi Chuan Association

The International Tai Chi Chuan Association ( ITCCA ) was founded in the 1970s (probably 1973) by Yang Zhenming (known as Yang Shou-Chung) and his third master student Chu King-Hung with the aim of promoting the Yang style of Taijiquan in To make Europe accessible to the public and to maintain it. The ITCCA is headed by Chu King-Hung, who has been using the name since he started teaching in London in 1974. The ITCCA has branches in the following European countries: Belgium, Germany, Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland.

The ITCCA is divided into different branches. In each of these branches, particularly experienced teachers, the so-called branch leaders, are responsible for training the other teachers and prepare them for regular private lessons and exams at Chu King-Hung (at least once a year).
