InterSearch Worldwide Ltd. ( Spelling InterSearch Worldwide Ltd. ) is an international cooperation of personnel consulting companies in the field of executive search and classic personnel consulting. It is one of the largest partnerships of independent personnel consulting companies.
history
InterSearch was founded in 1989. The cooperation is based in 50 countries with 90 locations. The market research company Hunt-Scanlon, which specializes in the executive search industry, lists InterSearch as the company with the highest global presence in the industry.
Internationally, the organization is headed by an elected management board . Frank Schelstraete (Belgium) chairs InterSearch Worldwide. Other board members are Olimpia Bisogni (Italy), Samantha Robinson (United Arab Emirates), Micheál Coughlan (Ireland) and Allen Oakley (USA). InterSearch has an independent Standard & Quality Committee (Chairman: Jörg Dötter, Germany), as well as an internal training academy for consultants and researchers (Head: Andras Lipcsei, Hungary).

InterSearch in Germany
In Germany, InterSearch is represented by two companies: InterSearch Executive Consultants GmbH & Co. KG with three offices in Hamburg , Cologne and Königstein im Taunus and InterSearch Personalberatung GmbH & Co. KG with offices in Bremen and Düsseldorf . The companies were founded in 1985 as MR Personalberatung GmbH. In 1989 this was a founding member and co-initiator of InterSearch Worldwide Ltd. In 2007, by renaming it to InterSearch Deutschland GmbH, international networking was emphasized even more to the outside world. In 2012, InterSearch Deutschland GmbH separated into the companies that exist today, InterSearch Executive Consultants and InterSearch Personalberatung.
InterSearch Executive Consultants GmbH & Co. KG is managed by three managing partners with equal rights (Dieter Albeck, Thomas Bockholdt and Alexander Wilhelm) and has around 40 employees (as of 2020). InterSearch Personalberatung GmbH & Co. KG is represented by two managing partners with equal rights (Mario Dänekas and Jörg Dötter).
Both companies are members of the Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater BDU eV
