Investcorp is an in Bahrain -based financial institution , the business unit worldwide Private equity ( private equity ) operates. Investcorp Bank BSC, based in Manama, has a license as a universal bank . It holds 100 percent of the shares in its Cayman Islands- based subsidiary Investcorp Holdings Limited (IHL), which in turn holds 100 percent of Investcorp SA (ISA), which is also based on the Cayman Islands.

Investcorp was founded in 1982 and today has offices in Abu Dhabi , Doha (Qatar), London , Hamburg , New York , Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) and Singapore .

The company offers its customers asset management and operates in particular branches of business for corporate investments, real estate, loan securitizations (“credit management”) and alternative investments.
