Invisible Island ( English for Invisible Island ) is a small, grassy island in the Bay of Isles on the north coast of South Georgia . It is located immediately southeast of Crescent Island and Mollyhawk Island .
The American ornithologist Robert Cushman Murphy mapped them on his trip with the brig Daisy (1912-1913). Scientists from the British Discovery Investigations carried out a geodetic survey of the island from 1929 to 1930 and presumably gave it its name.
