content

The burglar Darien Fawkes is caught red-handed and given life without parole. His brother, a scientist, knows a way out. Darien has to have a gland implanted that produces a synthetic hormone "mercury". He agrees to do so and can make himself invisible as a result of the experiment.

Shortly afterwards, the terrorist Arnaud, who learned of the attempt, breaks into the laboratory and kills Darien's brother. Fawkes is able to stop Arnaud, but he manages to escape.

Since Darien Fawkes always needs an antidote to stave off the delusions caused by frequent use of the gland, he has to work for the government because only they can get the antidote for him.

Trivia

The main character of Darien Fawkes is also the narrator of the individual episodes. In the pilot film, there is a poster for the original film The invisible Man in the La Araña restaurant .
