Ioannis Malokinis ( Greek Ιωάννης Μαλοκίνης , * 1880 in Piraeus ; † 1942 ) was a Greek swimmer .

Malokinis took part in the 100 meter freestyle competition, in which only sailors who were stationed on warships in Piraeus were allowed to participate. Since only Greek warships were stationed in Piraeus at the time of the Games, only Greek starters turned up. Malokinis was one of the original four starters in this sub-discipline, but one of them gave up in the meantime. His time was 2: 20.4, with which he became Olympic champion. This time was almost a minute slower than the winning time of the open 100-meter freestyle competition, which was won by the Hungarian swimmer Alfréd Hajós . At the age of sixteen, Malokinis was the youngest Olympic champion of the competitions.
