Ion Baboie
Ion Baboie (born April 12, 1914 ; date of death unknown) was a Romanian walker .
At the Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952, he was eighth in the 50 km walk .
In 1953 he won silver in the 50 km walk at the World Festival of Youth and Students with his personal best of 4:29:41 h.
