Ira Atari

Ira Atari (* 6 June 1977 in Kassel as Ira Anika Goebel ) is a German musician.

Career

After graduating from high school, Ira began studying piano in her hometown of Kassel, after which the singer focused on electronic music. In 2008 she was the first solo artist to get a contract with the Hamburg label Audiolith Records . In 2009 she released the album Just Fu ** in Dance It with the musician Rampue under the names Ira and Rampue after the singles Space Rocket , Dance In The Rain and My Name Is Ira . After the termination of the project with Rampue, Ira Atari released her own first album Shift in 2011 . This was largely produced by Jakob Häglsperger from Frittenbude .

On December 12, 2012, she met Bernhard Raser, who studied jazz drummers and producer from Vienna, at a joint concert. Since then they have been working on songs together. Their first joint title Leave It was released in 2013 on the Audiolith compilation Doin 'Our Thing . This was followed by the EP Heroes in 2014 and the first joint album Moment in 2016 .
