Irek Grabowski
Irek Grabowski , actually Ireneusz Grabowski (born March 22, 1966 in Poland , † August 19, 2010 in Bangkok , Thailand ) was an author , composer , arranger and musician on the violin and piano .
Life
He received music education for violin and piano at the Music High School and at the Poznań Conservatory , where he graduated in 1990 with the title "Master of the Arts". He was concertmaster of the Musica Viva chamber orchestra , with which he toured Europe. He was also a member of the Poznań National Philharmonic Orchestra. Grabowski had both Polish and Belgian citizenship and had lived in Doha since 2004 , where he gave violin lessons at the International Center for Music and the Academy of Qatar . He also appeared in public at major events such as the ATP Doha tennis tournament or the opening of new buildings for the Qatar Foundation .
