Somewhere in the world is a shellac hit by Werner Richard Heymann , who is famous for his interpretation by the Comedian Harmonists and for the UFA film Ein blonder Traum (1932) with Willy Fritsch , Willi Forst , Lilian Harvey , Paul Hörbiger , Trude Hesterberg and others has become.

Text history

Composer Werner Richard Heymann contributed the songs We don't pay rent anymore, we are at home in the green and somewhere in the world there is a little bit of luck, two veritable evergreens for the comedy Ein blonder Traum . The lyrics are by Robert Gilbert and screenplay co-writer Walter Reisch , who in turn wrote the screenplay with the young Billy Wilder . Gérard Jacobson took care of the piano arrangements for Heymann's compositions .
