Irmingard Schreiter
Irmingard Schreiter (born June 10, 1919 , also Irmin Schreiter on postcards ) is a German film actress .
Life
In the 1930s and 1940s, Irmingard Schreiter had a brief career in German film. She starred alongside Dorothea Wieck and Jutta Freybe in Heinz Helbig's love film Love Can Lie, based on a novel by Fred Andreas, and starred in the comedies A Happy House by Johannes Guter and the Emils Jannings comedy Old Heart Becomes Young Again . She became known to a larger audience as "Erika von Rüdnitz" in film adaptations of the satirical novels about the Berlin petty bourgeois family Buchholz by Julius Stinde : The Buchholz family as well as the continuation of the inclination marriages were introduced in 1944 by the film pioneer and National Socialist cultural politician Carl Froelich with Henny Porten in the role of " Wilhelmine Buchholz ”. After the end of the Second World War, Irmingard Schreiter made no further films.
