Isaack Colonia
Isaack Colonia , actually Isaack Adamsz. Colonia , (* around 1611/12 in Rotterdam ; † March 27, 1663 in Rotterdam) was a Dutch painter.
Isaack Colonia was a son of the painter Adam Louisz. Colonia and the Baetris Dircksdr. van Beyeren. He was probably trained by his father. He later trained his son Adam Colonia, who was also a painter . Little is known about his life today. Only a few works can be traced back to him, but he seems to have painted still lifes and landscapes as well as portraits.
