Career

Isabell Gabsa started playing golf at the age of four. In December 2012 she qualified with a shared 57th place in the Lalla Aicha Final Qualifying for the participation in the Ladies European Tour (LET) that followed that year. In her first year on the LET Tour, she never made the cut for the final rounds in any of her five tournaments.

In 2014 she played a total of 15 tournaments on the Ladies European Tour and made the cut six times. At the end of the year, however, she had to qualify again, which she finished with a shared 36th place. However, this did not entitle her to participate in the LET the following year and had to play in the second-rate European let Access Series.

At the let Access Series in 2015, she scored two victories in 13 starts and a third place at the end of the season ensured her participation in the LET Tour again. At the same time, in December 2015 you will qualify for the Symetra Tour, the second-rate professional tour for women in the USA.

With the right to start the LET Tour and the Symetra Tour, she was able to play both tournament series in 2016. While she only missed the cut at one of her nine starts on the LET Tour and landed 53rd in the ranking (Order of Merit) at the end of the year, as a beginner (rookie) she achieved seven places in the prize money out of 12 starts on the Symetra Tour and a final 61st place in the ranking.

In the following year, Gabsa played the Symetra Tour, which she finished with 71st place and was eligible to play for another year. At the LET Tour, she finished the year in 65th place in the Order of merit ranking.

In 2018 she qualified for the highest golf tour for women, the LPGA Tour, by placing 9th in the Symetra Tour. This year she won her first victory on the Symetra Tour at 'The Forsyth Classic presented by the Decatur Park District' tournament. Also in 2018 she played with Leticia Ras-Anderica at the European Championship in the team women competition and reached the shared 5th place.

In her first year on the LPGA Tour 2019 she reached 115th place in the CME ranking and had to qualify for the next year. With the final 80th place in the decisive tournament, she failed to qualify for the LPGA Tour.
