Isaak Gottlieb Walther (born October 11, 1738 in Bern , † December 10, 1805 there ) was a Swiss lawyer and historian .

Walther was a law professor in Bern from 1778 to 1788. In his main work, a Bernese legal history, he dismantled "the idea of ​​the original aristocratic constitution of Bern".
