Ishtar TV ( Aramaic ܥܫܬܪ, named after the Assyro-Babylonian deity Ishtar ) is an Assyrian radio channel based in the Iraqi city ​​of Ankawa .

The broadcaster was founded by Sarkis Aghajan Mamendo and directed by George Mansour , who became Ishtar TV's first general manager in 2005. The broadcast is primarily in Syrian , but Kurdish and Arabic programs can also be heard.

Politically, the canal is linked to the Chaldean Syriac Assyrian Popular Council .
