The Isla del Sauce is a river island in the Paraguay River in the Bolivian Pantanal in the border triangle with Paraguay and Brazil . The island belongs to the province of Germán Busch in the department of Santa Cruz .
The island is located 23 kilometers south of Puerto Busch and 150 meters south of the Bolivian mainland. It has a length of up to 2.9 kilometers and a width of 760 meters and a surface of 1.45 km². It rises up to three meters above the level of the river to 81 m above sea level.
