The Islamic University of Technology (IUT) is a teaching and research institution and international university in Bangladesh . The IUT is located about 30 km north of Dhaka , the capital of Bangladesh, at the Board Bazar in Gazipur .

The IUT is a subsidiary of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC). Its main objective is the development of engineering, technology and technical training resources in the OIC member states.
