The Islote Ricardo is a small island off the Danco Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . According to the coordinates stored in the Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica , it is located in Alvaro Bay on the north side of Bryde Island in Paradise Harbor .
Argentine scientists built a refuge here on November 12, 1953, which was closed in 1954 and of which only remains existed in 1958. The namesake of the island is not known.
