Ismael Gómez Falcón (born April 24, 1985 in Cádiz ) is a Spanish football player who plays for Hercules Alicante in the Spanish Segunda División .

Player career

Born in Andalusia, Ismael Falcón joined Atlético's second team in the Segunda División B in 2004 . He played there for two years until 2006 before he was brought up to the first team. So far he has played five games for the "Rojiblancos" in the league. For the second half of the 2006/07 season he was loaned to Hércules Alicante from the Segunda División , where he came to eleven missions.

Curiously, Falcón wore the number 1 shirt after his return to Atlético, although he was only the third goalkeeper behind Italian Christian Abbiati and Argentine Leo Franco . He played in all six Madrid Cup appearances in the 2007/08 season, but without getting a chance in everyday league life. Since summer 2008 he has been playing for the Galician second division club Celta Vigo .

After more than 80 missions at Celta Vigo, Falcón moved to league rivals Hercules Alicante in the summer of 2011 , where he was already under contract in the second half of the 2006/07 season.
