Ismael Laguna Meneses (* 28. June 1943 in Colon , Panama ) is a former Panamanian boxer in the lightweight . He is both two-time world champion of the WBC association and world champion of the WBA association . Laguna was managed by Hector Valdez and trained by Curro Dosman .
In 1999 Laguna was inducted into the World Boxing Hall of Fame and in 2001 into the International Boxing Hall of Fame .
