István Ráth-Végh
István Ráth-Végh (born November 23, 1870 in Budapest ; † December 18, 1959 there ) was a Hungarian lawyer and writer who dealt with cultural history .
Ráth-Végh received his doctorate from the University of Budapest and worked as a lawyer until 1934 .
In German language including his famous published popular science works: From the history of stupidity (German, 1961), the comedy of the book (1937), Black Chronicle (1958).
